Mary Sue Kessler and Linda McLarty, owners of First Look Tours, teamed together in 2006
to conduct executive tours around the Dayton Region. Each year First Look has expanded
and increased services to include recruitment, relocation, retention and aviation heritage.
Jill Wallace joined the team in 2009 to assist in demonstrating why the Dayton Region is
one of the most livable and unique areas in America.
Mary Sue Kessler retired from
National City Bank as Vice President of Community Development. Her professional career encompassed uniquely
diverse service including a teaching position with the
Dayton Public Schools and a management position with the Montgomery County Board of Commissioners.
Mary Sue's longtime commitment to the community has been recognized with numerous awards including
being named a Top Ten Woman by the Dayton Daily News, A Woman of Influence and the Lifetime Achievement Award
by the YWCA and presented the Outstanding Service Club Award by the President's Club of Dayton.
Her personal interests include playing a good round of golf and spoiling her four grandchildren.
Linda McLarty has been
Vice President of McLarty Communications, a Dayton public relations/marketing firm since 1992.
Prior to that she taught English as a Second Language internationally and provided consultant
instructional services to foreign executives temporarily residing in the United States.
Linda also worked in advertising sales for a national marketing firm and for various newspapers.
Linda has lived in Beavercreek, Ohio since 1983. She has been a member and officer of various
community non-profit organizations and enjoys the arts,
French and Italian cooking classes, and bicycling on the "Rails-to-Trails" paths.
Jill Wallace is a third generation Daytonian. She retired as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at
National City Mortgage Corporation and brings over thirty years experience in the human resources field.
She is a strong advocate for our community with a special interest in our schools and the arts.
Currently Jill is on the Board of the Centerville Arts Commission. She has previously served as an
officer and member of various
community organizations as well as Human Resources and Business professional organizations.
In her leisure time she enjoys her talented daughter's musical concerts and also shopping,
especially for shoes!
